1998 Optimax wont start. no spark and plugs are dry. please help

1998 Optimax 225 xl won't start. I have checked the following:
1. Fuel pump comes on with key.
2. Batteries good. Voltage
3. When I put 12 volts to the injectors the are clicking.
4. Lanyard is operating correctly.
5. Ecm is sending signal to fuel pump
6. Have pressure at fuel rail.

My father in law changed batteries. I found a negative hoo ked to the positive.
Moot sure what to check.

Check the fused link 100 amp. it's in the red wire that's comes off of the alternator.

Well, if you tried to crank it with the cables reversed, HOPEFULLY the fuse Woody mentioned is the only component that has been damaged. If not, get a professional to diagnose it. Good Luck

Not that fuse is good, any else I can check.

Unless your good with pinpoint diagnostics you may be in over your head on this one, might want to take to a shop.
