1998 Stingray HIN#

I have reciently purchased a 1998 Stingray 192RS. I'm trying to locate the HIN plate. I looked everywhere, but can't find it. Do you know where it is?

I have a 99 192RX and the HIN is on the starbord side of the transom area under the swim platform. It is molded into the body, it is not an attached plate.

Starboard side (aka right) either just below the rub strip or just below the swim platform embossed into the hull approx. 15 letters and numbers.
