Weak stream (dripples) from upper cooling water exit port. Motor runs fine for approx. 30 min than loses power. If pwr'ed off or left to idle/slow speed for a while engine once again runs at full speed. But fails again & motor has constant weak stream from upper cooling port. Think water pump is failing & motor is overheating? What water that does exit from upper port is not overly hot?
