1999 120, Dropping lower unit

Is this a one man job? I am wondering the weight of the unit? can one averaged sized guy take it off himself to change the impeller, or should I get and extra set of hands? IF any one has any other helpful hints for a first timer I would appreciate it.

Here's one thing I do before I remove LU on my Chrysler. Take a picture of the linkage coupling nut before you remove it. The Force experts around here can guide through the rest of it( it's not difficult and can be done by yourself). BTW, it's also a good time to check your seals in the LU.

i have same motor put shifter in forward before you drop the foot remove the bolts and it should drop out then reinstall just leave in forward the whole time while working on it

Thank you...got it off no problem. I am wondering whether or not to change the oil seals in the wter pump base. have you ever had a problem with them?
