I am going to look at a 1999 150 Johnson ocean pro with serial # J150PXEES . Does anyone know if there any recalls or other bad things about this yr and serial # ? Thank's for the input JB

Well you gave us the model #,and not the serial # so we can't run it for you.

Only thing I can think of ....... you want dual cable steering if not hydraulic.Lots of punch with the carb/crankcase configuration.
