1999 200 ox66 NEED HELP PLZ

I have a strange problem, i can't get my engine to run wiht my return to port ( Yellow wire on computer ) hooked up, when disconnected it runs fine. i have changed my computer, O2 sen, tps sen, knock sen, voltage reg, injectors,stator, fuel pump, fuel filters, fuel pres reg, all the filters in vst tank.
my fuel pressure is 20 psi, i think thats my problem but my dealer says its not. NEED SOME HELP PLZ

20 PSI is way way to low.
at least 15 PSI to low.
keep running it like that and you can post about burned pistons.
look on your dealerships wall for at a minimum of fuel systems and electrical systems certificates.
if they are not present neither should you.
post a full model number as the 200HPOX66 made in both a 3.1L and a 2.6L version and used very different ign and fuel controls.
