1999 270 Coastal, need to take the steering wheel off

I'm adding a Sport Pilot and need to take the steering wheel off. I popped the cap off, then unscrewed the lug nut.....NOW WHAT?? It wouldn't just slide off, is there some special tool to get the inner ring off??
