My 1999 75 Mercury 2 stroke outboard is running rough. It bogs down under a load. If I disconnect the fuel line while underway it clears up and runs great until it runs out of fuel. As soon as I hook the fuel line up again it bogs. The boat sat for 5 years so I did some maintenance. So far I replaced the fuel line and ball, fuel filter, all 3 spark plugs and voltage regulator and CDM's. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
