1999 Doral 250 SE, looking for owners/service manual and wiring schematics

Hello fellow boaters! I have recently purchased a 1999 Doral 250 SE, and would like to find some documentation for the boat. I would like to add an inverter, so the kids can watch DVD's at night, and possibly an A/C unit. I need to get a handle on the existing wiring. If you have any suggestions that would be great.
