1999 evinrude e115fsl accidently pulled safety lanyard, replaced it and boat ran approx. 2 minutes now won't start, replaced plugs.still won't run???<br /><br />okay talked to the experts, they suggested charging the battery. the bttery is 12 volt but engine converts it to 24 volt, did it and started like a charm.
