1999 Evinrude 150 ficht high idle

my motor is idling WAYYY too high in neutral, (so high i dare not shift into gear) hot foot is in correct postion, nothing seems to be binding, or holding throttle open.
do these motors have a throttle position sensor? if so where is it located and could that be the problem?

TPS or injector leaking.....TPS on top of left intake looking at front of engine.

nothing yet, i pulled the air box off to check the carbs, all 6 are closed like they should be. all linkage appears to be correct. from what i have read is it has to be connected to a laptop in order to get the TPS installed correctly. is this true? also read that the plugs must face the injector, is that true?

It's called indexing the plugs. The open end of the plug must face the injector. It can be a pain in the butt to get them torqued properly and indexed at the same time. Have extra plugs to do the job properly. If a plug won't work properly in one cylinder it probably will in the next.

Did you ever find a solution for this?
I have a 1999 ficht 150 and after running fine for over 100 hours (I bought it used in June of 2018) on the water for almost 4 years of fishing seasons it now is running a bit rough and at a fast idle (approx 1200 rpm, I have the diagnostic software as well) and has some milky white fluid (water and unburned fuel or oil I assume) coming from the prop exhaust hole that was never there before. I have changed plugs & water pump twice( just did the water pump. No issues with those. Also just changed the seals on the upper driveshaft bearing and shift rod seal assembly as I had a bit of water in my lower unit. On the diagnostic software when the motor is off everything shows as fine and there are no active codes. Once the motor is started and running the software shows an "oil pressure fault" on the monitor page but no code on the page that shows error codes. Anyone have any idea what that "oil pressure fault is or what will, could or would cause the milky stuff to come out of my prop exhaust?
