My 1999 Johnson 25 HP stars right up, runs great at idle and full throttle. After I slow down and troll or idle for 5 minutes or so, it won't get back to full throttle. Spits and sputters, but at idle it runs fine. Also discovered if I disconnect the fuel line, run all the gas out, plug it back in, prime it, it runs just fine at idle and full throttle until I idle again. I've tried 2 hoses, drained to bowl and sprayed everything down with carb cleaner. We also ran it at full speed when sputtering, and squeezed to primer bulb to see if maybe it is the fuel pump, did not help. I also changed the spark plugs. It's the strangest thing!
