I have a 1999 125 hp Mercury outboard, Runs fine at the low end, however it will not plain off at full throttle. I can achieve full power when I take the cowl off and manually operating the throttle. It looks like the throttle cam may be being blocked by the Accelerator pump. I have fully adjusted the throttle cable. IS there a way to adjust the cam or the pump so the cam is not blocked by the pump?
