Only thing inside a tap might fix is the needle/seat.Your carb might be full of junk.Check for water. You have a fuel/water seperator?Ethanol is messing with fuel systems.Clean carbs and let us know.Fill out the profile. You might be close to someone who can help.J

Yes go through the whole system.Change/rebuild the fuel pump.Change all the hoses even the squeezie.REmove all quick connects.Replace them or just leave them out.
In the fuel:use Seafoam or Mercurys Power Tune. Follow the directions.
Ethanol needs additives to stabilize it.If you can find E free gas it's best.
The enrichment valve or choke might be defective.Unhook the fuel line from the carb to the choke and blow through it.Then push the button on top of the choke, blow again.Air shouldn't blow through both times. There is no rebuild on this it's a replace with new.About $100 boats.net
Start it and then un-hook it and see if it makes any difference.Jerry
