Hi all, I was looking at a 1999 Key West for sale today and the guy claimed the engine was a 1999 as well. I noticed on the mounting bracket the serial number was 9712144, Wouldn't that mean the engine is a 1997? <br /><br />Any ideas would be appreciated as the boat was in good condition otherwise.
