HOW DO U FIX A MOTOR THAT IS OUT OF TIME IF ONLY ONE KEYWAY IN FLYWHEEL

how far out of time is it and see if the yellow wires are diconnected under the computer

The timing is controled by the throttle position sensor and the crank sensor. They should both be tested and properly aligned per the service manual.

i took everything off a running motor before swapping power head so what can be wrong

The alignment of the sensors for one thing. Crank sensor may be bad. Look to see if that bearing problem didn't allow the fly wheel to touch the crank sensor.

well i have ck the cps and no signs of ever being touched

Ohm it. Also did you scrape the paint of every where a bolt goes to be sure you had good grounds?

yes i did use a wire brush everwhere a ground bolted down to the block im not to sure how to use the digital ohm meter what setting do u set the knob too i used a timing light today and it is 10 degrees off

I have a `99 ox66 200 and when i disconnect the return to port wire(yellow wire behind computer) my engine runs fine but when connected its dies, my fuel pressure is 20 psi, all new filter in vst tank and new pump. NEED HELP PLZso far i have changed my o2 sen, tps sen, knock sen, computer, fuel pump, fuel reg,injectors ,voltage reg ,stator all with new parts

will get WAY to confusing.
the 99 OX 66 was made in a 3.1 and a 2.6 liter version and used vastly different ign and fuel controls.
one issue at a time.
