1999 Suzuki 25hp 3 cylinder

I'm having problems the my fuel Atleast thats what it sounds like. Motor Runs perfect and the water but in the water it run 3/4 throttle and start bogging down but still goes and if I pump the priming bulb while running it it runs full throttle. Been through the whole fuel system. Changed fuel pump, changed all carb kits, new gas lines, tanks venting properly. Can't figure it out. Please help

If you have to pump the priming bulb your motor is starved for gas.Change all fuel filters.
I would tear the carb apart, spray carb cleaner, blow all openings clear and clean, it's the high speed jet, with compressed air.
For some unknown reason to mankind, cleaning and rebuilding carbs is a lot harder than it looks,get all new gaskets.including between the carb and carb adaptor.go slow,watch you-tube videos until you feel comfortable, adjust the float.

if pumping the primer helps, my guess if it is sucking air some where so the pump cannot pump enough fuel
