1999 SUZUKI DT 100 POPPING MISS AT IDLE

IVE GOT A 1999 SUZUKI DT 100 HAD CARBS REBUILT FOUND WATER BEADS IN CARBS, ALSO FUEL TANK WAS REPLACED, SPARK PLUGS, I HAD FUEL WATER FILTER INSTALLED, THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS THAT TURNS ON FINE ON THE HOSE BUT WHILE IDLING A POPPING MISSFIRE IS FELT LIKE IT WANTS TO SHUT OFF BUT DOESNT SHUT OFF. LOCAL SUZUKI DEALER REBUILT CARBS, THEY HAD JUNK IN THEM CLEANED IT OUT, NOT IDLING GOOD, MECHANIC SAYS CHECKED CARBS, FUEL AND COILS. IT WAS HAVING AN ISSUE THAT WHEN I WOULD TAKE OFF FROM A DEAD STOP IF WOULD TURN OFF WOULD TURN RIGHT BACK ON AND YOU COULD IDLE WITH NO HESITATION BUT AS SOON AS YOU WOULD THROTTLE IT WOULD DIE.

turn off the caps lock

no need to shout and it is harder to read

possible the popping misfire could be a lean sneeze

Could be lean sneeze or rich condition. Either way it indicates a check on the idle needles settings. The manual calls for 1.375-1.875 turns out from a lightly seated setting. These carbs are very consistent and what suits one will generally suit the others. However there can be the need for slight additional adjustment. Small incremental adjustments are recommended.
