2 3/8" to 3/4" pedestal adapters. Anybody still make one?

3-4 years back, I was able to fbuy an adapter that converted my 2 3/8" swivel-ezz base to accept a 3/4" pin type post. Basically it was a polymer cylinder with a hole in the middle and a few O rings on the outer diameter. As I recall, the product was made by a company called "add -a-seat". I can no longer find anything like it and would like to find another ( or maybe an adapter that does the opposite.). Can anyone steer me towards such a product? Hate to have to have one custom made.

I "made" my own... used a large diameter seat base and bolted a 3/4" floor plate to it... viola! adapter

Thanks, I'd been thinking the same but was hoping for an off the shelf solution.
