That would be a Cobra since they're the only one that used a 2.3L. You'll need a very complete motor, basically everything in front of the transom. The 2.3L is a Ford and the 3L is a GM, so not one single part will be compatible between the two. You might try eBay, or look for a junk boat with a good 3L.
