2.3 omc low voltage / no start.

Hello, I have a 1988 sunbird Corsair 2.3 omc. I’m having a no spark issue. I’ve checked voltage at coil and it’s reading 4.65v I’ve replaced coil , points , condenser, cap , new starter solenoid I’ve cleaned grounds made sure battery was fully charged... I also read on here to run a jumper wire from pos+ on batter to pos+ on coil. I’ve attempted that and it still won’t fire . Im lost here would really love to get this thing to start.

Stop throwing parts at it. It was never the coil, so you wasted $50 there. File the points ( you have to file even new points), then gap then, verify the dwell, then set the timing

Okay well I’m still not receiving spark from the coil as it’s only getting 4 volts so I didn’t know if there was something else I could of checked . I will check what you said tomorrow I appreciate it sir !
