2.6 liter sea drive water in 1 cylinder and engine missing

Where should I start to find out what is causing this.I was told the power head has 90 hours on rebuild.

Start by buying a copy of the OMC shop and parts manuals. Then pull the head on the side with the water in the cylinder and inspect for damage. You may be lucky and find it is only the head gasket. Report back with your findings.
