Hi, I have 1986 V4 90HP Evinrude, My 1st. problem is every time I go to the ramp, to start the motor it takes a while for the motor to start, I used the prime key and the motor get over flooded I keep cranking with-out the prime key and it gets to dry, I used ageing the prime key and it starts but it take time to start, after the motor is turn on for the 1st time, the motor run and start like a new motor. I can shut it off as many time as I want and the motor will start right away even when Im fishing and the motor gets really cold, it will start right away also, My 2nd Problem it happens twice on two different days, when Im on full throttle (I believed about 5400 or 5800 rpm I dont remember exactly) for about 10 minutes the motor start getting hot and instead of water coming out thru the pee hole I see low drops of water with a lot steam. I shut the motor off right away and weight about 30 minutes before starting the motor ageing. Now if I run the motor 100-rpm less then full throttle witch is 5300 or 5700 RPM, I can run like that all Day and the motor never gets overheated. Any advice or any idea on why is doing that? I really appreciated any help or advice.<br />Thank you
