2 holeslower unit Evinrude 60 hp

Hi all,

I was testing my engine before going to the lake and I have discovered to holes in the lower unit, beside the water entrance.

I can see that water is coming out; however, it will be under the water level; therefore:

1) is it dangerous?
2) do I have to block.fill it? How?
3) the oil in the lower foot is ok (no water). What I have to do?

You're probably seeing the drain holes, those are supposed to be there.
