2 HP Honda Clamp Bolts

Hi guys,
I just bought a 2 HP Honda for my fisherman 16 and was wondering how tight is "tight enough" for the clamp bolts that hold the motor on the transom.

Just tight enough so the outboard won't move on the transom when you try to move it firmly. Then a little more, maybe a quarter of a turn. Too much force, and you'll twist one off or strip the threads. Recheck the tightness after running for a while.
