2 out of 3 nav lights out, ideas?

All ready to go out on the lake to watch the fireworks and only my red nav. light worked. Check the easy to get to light and bulb was good, played with connections, turned on/off switch a few times, and not real sure how to check inline fuses.

Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?

You know the switch is ok and is passing power because one of the lights is working. Either a ground wire is disconnected, the power wire is disconnected, or the bulbs are bad. The fuse is obviously ok as well since it is placed before the switch. Since the switch is getting power the fuse must be ok.
