Re: 2 part foam
A couple things to be aware of.
- DO NOT pour this foam into an enclosed space without providing pressure relief holes. It WILL blow apart anything that is keeping it from expanding.
- mix the foam close to where you will be pouring it. Once it starts to react, it happens quickly.
- wear gloves and eye protection. The foam sticks to EVERYTHING like you have never seen. Keeping this in mind, cover everything that might accidently get dripped on, splashed on etc.
- if filling a large cavity, do it in several pours. Thick sections or large volumes generate a huge amount of heat while curing.
- pour the lowest places first.

Follow the mfr's instructions and you will find it easy to work with. Once cured, its easy to cut, sculpt and shape as required. Wear a dust mask if cutting sanding or grinding.
