2" thru hull fitting

Can anyone point me towards a 2" flange thru hull fitting for my livewell drain. I have one I purchased from bass pro. However it barely will cover the hole.

That hole looks to be 1.5 or am I just not reading the hole size correctly?

Yes the hole is slightly larger than 1 1/2" the one I bought has the outside flange which is 1 7/8". Of course it is sloppy in the hole and dont give much overlap

I just need the thru hull piece. It has a hose which runs from it to the live well overflow like you pictured.

Am I overthinking this? I see these stated 1.5" are they referring to the size of the hole or threads on the fitting? I was measuring the flange on another one on the boat which didnt break off which shows 2". The one I purchased shows a 1 7/8 diameter there. (Demension A)But it just seems like it should be a little bigger. The nut though is larger. I have the 1200 dp bottom listing. I have boat life marine grade silicone rubber for sealant. I will also.need a new rubber hose since old fitting is tapered. Also attached is how Grumman has it set up from the factory. The green hose attached to.the thru hull fitting in the side of the boat in the front deck compartment where it ends in the picture.

I suppose there is a specific type hose for this application also since I need to replace the green hose also?

thru-hulls refer to the size of the hose or pipe connecting to it.

no such thing as marine grade sily-cone...... use 3M 4000 UV if you pull the boat and it sits on a trailer, or use 3M 4200 or 5200 if it sits in the water and doesnt see UV

a 1-1/8" thru hull is a 1-1/4" hole (just installed a bunch)

The size of the flange and mounting holes vary by manufacturer, configuration and or style.

Having said that, 1.375” is a pretty common mounting hole size. You need to identify in hose size (ID to select the correct fitting.

I would highly recommend you replace replace all the fittings sooner later. If one failed the rest are not far behind.

Look closely at the inside of the fittings where it passes through the hull. If you see cracks, replace it

I believe I am good now. I think the green hose was probably 1 1/4". The original fittings have a 2 tier tapered end. The smaller end appears to be 1 1/8". When I took the broken piece out of the house, it was snug on the 2nd set of tapers where the house slides over. The outer flange of the thru hull does cover the hole by probably 1/8" all the way around. The inner nut covers even more. I will 3M it real good. Shouldn't be a problem.

I purchased the following which should complete what I need. I intend to replace the overflow hoses from the thru hull to the 2 live wells. I will also check my bilge hose. For now, I went ahead and bought another TH Marine Thru Hull.

Should have it back on now. It was difficult centering it on the hole due to a slight angle and reaching the nut. I got it almost tight then wiped the excess off the outer edge to make sure I had the hole covered. There just was not much extra overlap on the outer flange over the hole. Maybe 1/8". I ran a razor around the edge to make sure it was covered then pressed it on down and pushed out a little excess to smear around the outside flange. The inner nut was bigger and pressed out excess 3m evenly. Smoothed and evened it all out. I will test it out with the deck off after my hose come in. Thanks.
