My in boat fuel tank has had same fuel in it for two years. Gas treatment has been added each year.

Is it still good to use?

If not what should be done? Drain it? Treat it? What damage will it due to outboards

Does it smell like gasoline? If it has no kerosine/turpentine-like odor, and still smells like freshly pumped gasoline, then it's good. If there's any question, drain it and clean the tank.

how much gas are you talking about?if the gas has been treated it should be ok after two years.you could drain some out and use it the car or lawn mower and put some fresh gas in it.

Wow that's alot of petrol... Ummm general rule is the more fuel ya got the longer it takes to go bad... Bad gas well smells like bad gas.. Suck some out of there and look at it... Seems like it goes bad faster now that they stick so much ethanol in it... You put stabil and what not... It's likely okay... If you feel suspect (which you must since your asking) drain it out and use it in your truck....

My suggestion would be drain 1/2 of it. Top off with fresh fuel. Next time you need fuel, add the original 30 gallons about 10 - 15 gallons at a time. Running the fuel is not the problem. The issue is how much gum and varnish has formed in the engine fuel system though non-use.

That is correct... The little bit left in the lines will gum up carbs and injectors and give ya a real nightmare...

Yeah try to get 50% good fuel in it and let her go, if you added the stabilzer and then ran the motor to to get the stabilizer into the fuel lines and carb/injectors you will be fine
