Hi guys, just sharing some recent work pics. Painted the bottom today, started working on the center console. Much much stronger, awesome. Re-enforced the bow eye, worked on the trailer, etc, etc.<br /><br />Ok, going to bed, more work tomorrow.... Pics of Phase 4

Nice work. I had a 1980 20' cuddy and it was a great boat...one of the only that I still regret selling. Same hull as yours.<br /><br />

Thanks Bill and Hermit. Hoping by the end of next week. The upcoming wiring will not be fun, but I think I can figure it out, with the help of iboats of course!<br /><br />Bill, same exact hull, has a great flare to it. As a matter of fact, I believe that is exactly what my boat once was, and was converted. Did you have installed wing fuel tanks in that boat?

Mine had a 70 gal aluminum tank on the centerline between stringers. The deck had a long hatch that could be removed to inspect it.

Hmm, must be different. I surmised that there were wing tanks they had cut out. Oh well, same hull though, thats for sure.<br /><br />Hey Hermit, what part of the Cape are you living?

Scuda11,<br />In the early days of Proline (this version 20'& 24'), most of the fishing guides and commercial fishermen around Crystal River, Fl used them...center consoles models. It was "THE" workboat of choice with the local commercial crowd. Proline was small back then and they probably had different tank installations to meet the demand. My new 1980 20' cuddy was $10,500 out the door with a Johnson 140...no trailer.

Scuda,<br />I am on the elbow! Do all my boating out of Stage Harbor. Hermit, NICE!! Great job. Nice to be out of the weather like that huh? You must do some early and late fishing in that baby huh????<br /><br />I am doing the Baxter's Blue tourney thursday, can't wait. Not in my boat, won't be ready. Some good work done yesterday. Boat back on the trailer, first coat of interthane on the console, serious work done on the trailer. Final coat of gel coat with "non skid" on the deck. Final coat going on console today, and hopefully console on the boat as well.<br /><br /> Phase 5 pics<br /><br />Should be wiring up ignition by friday!!
