I just had my 1999 200 efi mercury outboard to the shop they told me it needed new fuel pump , they cleaned injectors and replaced pump while they were taking it on a test drive it appears # 3 cylinder had a problem bits of medal all over spark plug mechanic said he was pretty sure it was a lack of oil on #3 cylinder and had destoyed piston and chamber, what could have gone wrong to cause that Thanks,Michael
