200 hp johnson gt floods when trying to start

Hi i have a 200 hp gt v6 johnson when trying to start it cold it floods out when i clean or change the plugs i am able to eventually start it and after that it starts fine for the rest of the day it only floods when it sits for more than a day any help is greatly appreciated thanks

What is you starting procedure .By chance is the primer .manual lever turned to the manual position,it should line strait with the primer

Has it always been this way? or did it start all of a sudden? Have you checked to see if you have water in your fuel, do you have a water fuel seperator?
