200 Mariner..whats next for tilt trim problem?

OK guys, I have power and good connections. When I push the button I hear the box click, but nothing happens. The boxes located at the rear of the motor seem fine, but they click and the motor does nothing. Where do I start checking now? Tilt was working great 2 days ago.
