Ok this engine has been sitting for a few maybe, It revs fine on the hose & in neutral in the water. Put it in gear and at 1600 rpms it falls flat on its face and sometimes dies or just idles. I changed out the water separator finding none. The fuel filter under cowl is clear now. I am thinking fuel diaphram. The oil injection is detached from this motor. Looked at the pickup on the tank and is a little rusty with a steel tank. Can I unscrew the L fitting without breaking anything and having to saw up the floor to get the 90 gallon tank out of the 210 proline center console? Have manual, changed plugs hmmmm help is invited. Tanks. :) I will buy you a beer.

Several things you can try. Is the priming bulb soft or full? When the engine falls on it's face, give the choke switch a bump or two and see if engine picks up. You can also try the ole premix-in-a-squirtbottle trick. This is where you give the carbs a shot of fuel while engine is limping along.

c/6

Hooty

It seems like the ball is hard & somewhat full. I will try the choke method. My friend said try squeezing the ball under load at 2000 rpms and see what happens. I need to hook up a fuel pressure guage It appear in the clymer manual to check fuel pump. I am looking at the choke stuck on. is it the electric one or does it have butterflies that close?
