200 OX66 dies when shifted into gear

I have a Yamaha SX200TXRA I am having trouble diagnosing. The engine runs good in neutral and will run perfectly from 800-5200 RPM if I can shift and accellerate it quick enough to keep it from stalling. It cuts off instantly shifting into either gear as if the key switch had been shut off. I have checked fuel pressure, replaced both low pressure pumps, tested oxygen sensor, TPS and checked spark and compression. I am out of ideas and could use some suggestions.

It sounds like your getting plenty of gas to go 5200 RPM.
It must be an electrical part that's failing or failed when you just shift into gear.
If you have fuel injectors there's diagnostic software on e-bay for 65 bucks cable included, one guy said some parts of the software are missing.I don't know if this will help. If you have carbs can't hurt to clean them so you can eliminate them.
Sorry I'm not much help., keep testing everything you can think of.

Thanks, any input is helpful. It is fuel injected and injectors have been cleaned and tested.

Do you have a shift interrupt on that motor. Or is it the one that idles on 4 cylinders then switches to 6.

It does not have the shift switch like the 225 and 250 OX66 do. I'm also pretty sure it idles on all 6 cylinders. These motors are pretty simple as far as efi goes, but this one is getting the better of me.

I finally found the problem and wanted to share ink case anyone has a similar problem. I found the crank sender had a lot of rust on the base which caused it to start angling back away from the flywheel. I cleaned off the rust and set the gap, now run like new.
