200 vs 225 block

I have a 90 200 rude xp with a bad block. I have found a 89 225 block for sale cheap. Are the blocks interchangeable? If not does anyone know of what it will take to make this conversion work? I would like to gain any hp possible with this since im already paying so much to have the motor built. May as well up grade if it iis reasonable.

Same exact block only difference between the two is carbs.....

Have the idle relief ports plugged and gain about 10 psi in compression..
