2000 14ft Starcraft with a 1984 25 hp Evinrude.

Does anyone have a recommendation for the best pitched prop 9,10,11 or 12? Also what is the difference? I do a lot of trolling.

I have a 60 model Starcraft v hull extra wide and extra deep powered by a 1973 18 hp evinrude with a 10" prop and it runs nicely at 21 mph with 2 healthy men and a 128 quart cooler full of fish.
