My Merc wont start. When I try and turn over the key nothing happens and it just beeps once. It doesn't turn over at all. The battery was freshly charged. We were out on the water with it yesterday and I had to use the emergency pull start. It started on the first pull. Does anyone know where I should start trouble shooting? This is my 1st boat and I am by no means a mechanic. I would like to try and fix myself before paying a lot of money for someone to look at it and tell me it was something easy.
