2000 50 hp 4 stroke head gasket problems

Looks as though the head gasket may have blown again on my friends 2000 50 hp 4 stroke, is this a problem, should he get it fixed or sell it? Did a cylinder leak down #1 & #2 are a little weak, cracked pistons?

Well I guess the 2 cylinders would have a leak down problem with a blown head gasket.
