2000 70 johnson water in bottom cylinder

dont know history of motor someone brought it to me to tune up ,lol been ran real hot water pump melted and some of the houseing also fixed that. now can not find out where the water is coming from .all gaskets look good and compression. thinking crack in power head but i know its rare.

Could be the oil seal? Have you checked the exhaust housing gaskets?

as oil seal are you saying bottom crank? and the exhaust houseing on this thing is only a plate as i can see it .if you are talking of the big plate on side of power head? but yes they seem to look fine nutin visible.

Yes the bottom of the crank seal,also could be a head gasket issue.

hate to sound fool , does the bottom crank and seal get water near it ? reason i ask looks like it dont but im sure im wrong.. head gasket looked good and had 124 comp on it before i took it off. i now have power head off .crank seal was not milky dont know if that helps

just pulled crank seal water did come out and seal looks to be 2 sizes to big for the grove could this be what i been looking for??? but i dont understand how water gets in the block from that seal.the seal im speaking of is the o ring on the crank seal houseing
