2000 DT150 Suzuki engine bogs down when trying to run over 4100rpm

When I try push my DT150 over 4100 rpm, one of my engine bogs down to around 2000 - 2500 rpm. I have twin motors and I can feel the power loss when driving, so I would immediately lower the rpm on both motors and adjust the rpm back to around 4000rpm, which is about 28mph. Any ideas on why this may be happening.

I would try to run some carburetor cleaner mixed in with the gas, followed by sea foam treatment to decarbon the motors. On the newer motor that might be all it takes to make it run perfect again.
