Bought a boat package......2000 F40..16ft side console.....stored 1 1/2 yrs...150 hrs on motor.....drained carbs and all fuel lines .....replaced gas filter........stinky fuel.......starts fine...hit the Throttle and it boggs ........pull it back and throttle again and accelerates fine ...5500 to over 6000 rpm...runs strong........any help would be appreciated.
