2000 ficht 115 jetdrive

Have 115 hp ficht with scored cyl. and jet drive.<br />is this worth fixing or should I just sell for scrap?

are model and ser# located on power head at any location. Transon assy. is on boat in storage.

LOOK FOR A CORE PLUG ON THE ENGINE.ARE YOU SURE IT IS A FICHT,BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HEARD OF THEM PUT THEM ON JET DRIVES.WHAT YEAR IS THE BOAT.ALL YOU CAN DO IS LOOK OVER THE MOTOR GOOD FOR THE NUMBERS..

Motor is 1999 was on a custom built, by wooldridge<br />boats for the c.m.y. polar bear,one of two.<br />will look on power head for numbers.<br />removed jet lower from service to use boat on mo.river. it is indeed a ficht too bad for me.

the first thing you need to figure out is why it scored that cyl.v-4'were pretty good motors.but it was design to ran with a lower unit not a jet.need to have the motor check for any codes,would be the first step to see if it is worth fixing,but it would be cheaper to look for another jet there out there just a little harder to look for.
