2000 Johnson 225HO water Pump replacement

What is required to replace the water pump and what (ALL) parts should I replace? How much trouble is it to replace?

still having trim issues... two good relays and the switches/wiring is good....??

Since this is a first time for you, I would get a complete BRP water pump kit (it will probably have instructions) and suggest looking at the following:

Make sure you get the 5001595 kit not the 5001594 kit.
