I have very low rpms but I think I narrowed down the problem..I have spark and even compression but when I remove spark plug wire from top plug while running nothing happens. The lower 2 plugs when pulled causes the motor to run very rough. another thing is the lower 2 spark plugs are fouled and have oil on them but the top plug looks brand new.. I was running rich because I wanted to test the vro before using the motor so I ran 50:1 with vro just incase vro was not working I didn't want to ruin the motor. I swapped the coils but it did not follow.Stayed on top. swapped spark plug wires also but still the same. I swapped the top and middle powerpak wires to coil and it ran as I pulled the wire from middle spark plug. 1 more thing when adjusting the fuel mixture screw the top carb has no responce even when turned out around 9 or 10 turns..while the other 2 carbs will start to bog down after about 1 turn out.
