2000 Maxum 2700SCR Cruiser Issue

I just bought a 2000 Maxum 2700SCR. There is an issue with Water soaking the carpet around the outside of the bathroom. It's along the edge right where the carpet meets the bathroom and one spot that is about 8" away from the border of the bathroom.

It only seems to get wet when we pump the toilet which makes me think the toilet water is leaking out somewhere. It doesn't make sense to me though as the carpet has Fiber Glass under it. I don't see any leakage going from inside the bathroom to the outside flooring.

I'm thinking about pulling the carpet back to see where the water is coming from. It does smell like urine when blotting up the water from the carpet.

Anyone ever run across this type of issue and know what it might be?

kent..sounds like either your toilet hose that connects to the bottom of the toilet let loose...or broke somewhere mid line....your going to have to pull the toilet off it's mount and see if you can find the break in the line...

Yeah, I pulled the toilet out and found that it was leaking from 2 places where seals were. The seals had apparently dried to the point the retracted away from sealingb the toliet.

It was running down the back side and then under the toliet through the toliets mounting screw holes. From there the water/urine got in between the fiberglass toilet insert and the flooring then being soaked up through the toilet.

I repaced the toliet and cleaned up the mess and all is good now!
