The NS140A2 will run as well as any, and better than most, for more hours. Keep in mind that your motor is more than 10 years old, and just like any other 10-plus-year-old motor, depending on salt corrosion, may be in that "don't dump much into it" age. OTOH, if it has been used in fresh water, or flushed and serviced religiously, you may be OK for years to come. So, in a nutshell, condition will be everything. Check compression, verify good cooling telltale, give it a test run. If it all passes your inspection, go ahead.
