2000 Polar Skiff Fuel Tank

I have a 2000 model polar kraft skiff fiberglass. My question is how to I get the fuel tank out if I have a leak or problem with it. The tank is located beneath the hull with only two inspection holes to view the fuel line connections and gauge. I am not familar with these tanks and maybe they never have any problems but I want to keep this boat for a long time and I am wondering if I will experience any problems with this tank. It appears to be a plastic tank. The only way I can see it being removed is if you cut the whole top floor out which would not be a good idea. Thank you for you help with this.
