2000 Sea Doo GTI Fuel Problem

Ok this is the 2nd time this year I have had it in the water and the 1st time went great. Ran just like it should. Today I get on it and I ride for about 2 hrs then it starts to act like it is running out of fuel. Still had over 1/2 tank in it. It was ok at low speeds but when you would give it full throttle it would fall over like it was out of fuel. I switched it over to Reserve and it took off adn ran great for about 10 minutes then starting doing the same thing. At that point I switched the gas back over to on and it was still doing it and seem to get worse. I just filled it up this morning before riding so i was think maybe got some water in the gas?? Any feedback would be great since I am kind of lost and this is my 1st PWC. Thanks in advance, Dale.

Souinds like you got crap in the gas. My 97 GTI has a small filter and bowl in the gas line. See if yours has it and if so, check the bowl for water and debris, and clean the screen.
