2000yr/ 200hp lower unit Very warm.

I just took the boat out of storage(MN). Have ran the Twin 200 Johnsons with the muffler/ hose in the driveway. My Starboard motor's lower unit is almost too hot to touch? I've got a very good stream of water coming out the side and water out the prop. The Port motor is much cooler. The impellers were new 3yrs ago. Suggestions??
